The Good — The Leg Drop Award:

Councilwoman Teresa O’Neill said on Tuesday that she supports a cannabis policy. But she added that she is “one of those people who can actually say I didn’t inhale.” We had a nice laugh. Then, we got hungry for some munchies.

The Bad — The Jabroni Award:

The 49ers didn’t get proper Stadium Authority approval for a half million dollar contract for floor improvement at Levi’s Stadium. But, Councilmember Raj Chahal tried to help out the team on Tuesday. He said the 49ers sent a letter saying they took the lowest bidder.

Maybe Chahal forgot that the City is suing the team because they won’t turn over lots of documents they’re required to. But no one on the Council listened to him anyway. They’re insisting the 49ers bring the bids to the next meeting.
