City Council Preview: Budget and Closed Session Items

Here are the highlights for tomorrow’s City Council meeting:

  • There will be a closed session discussion on the David’s Restaurant lawsuit and litigation with the 49ers.

  • The City Council will have a s Study Session to Review the Proposed FY 2019/20 and FY 2020/21 Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program Budget Adjustments.

  • The City Council could take action on the voter-approved Measure N Work Plan and Charter Review Committee Appointment Process relating to District Elections for the November 2022 Election Cycle. The City Clerk recommends a November 2020 election for placement of a Charter Amendment related to electing council members by district. It will ensure greater participation and more time for robust community input.
