AWARDS: Best and Worst of the Week —  Guaranteed Removals and The Chamber Leadership

By Robert Haugh

The Good — The Leg Drop Award:

Disgraced former Councilman Dominic Caserta paid Guaranteed Removals to “permanently delete” negative stories and contents about him. The company charged him almost $57,000 over the last six months! It doesn’t look like they deleted the major stories. But they still got paid. Nice work if you can get it.

The Bad — The Jabroni Award:

The Santa Clara Chamber of Commerce has been sinking for a couple of years. So they changed their name.  We didn’t think it could happen. But they sank deeper. Other local chambers denounced them. Now Santa Clarans are questioning the intelligence of the Chamber’s leadership. Look for a course correction. Or leadership change.
