It’s likely going to be a long City Council meeting that will last past midnight. It’s not easy for residents to follow the happenings of our City when items drag on for a long time. But we try.

Here’s a list of some items:

• Consent calendar — Action to Continue the Discussion on Consideration of the Sale of the Loyalton Ranch Property to August 17, 2021. This has been postponed four times. 

• Study Session to review Proposed FY 2021/22 and FY 2022/23 Biennial Operating Budget and FY 2021/22 Capital improvement Program Budget Adjustments and to review the Proposed FY 2021/22 Municipal Fee Schedule

• Proclamation of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month

• Recognize Local Student for Achievement in the Telugu Book of Records and Super Kids of India

• Verbal Report from City Manager regarding COVID-19 Pandemic

• Consent calendar— Informational Report on Dates and Purpose of Stadium Authority and Stadium Manager Meetings and Corresponding Minutes for the Period January 1, 2021 to March 31, 2021

• Informational Report Regarding Bi-yearly Project Status Report of the GIS Services Program

• Consent calendar — Report from the City Attorney on California Voter Rights Act (CVRA) Litigation

• Action on a Written Petition submitted by Robert Mezzetti, II Requesting to Discuss Amendment No. 3 to the Exclusive Negotiation Agreement by and between the City, VTA and Republic Metropolitan an LLC for the proposed project located at 500 S. Benton Street 

• Consent calendar — Request from the Stadium Manager for Authority to Execute Amendment No. 1 to Concessions Operating Agreement with Levy Premium Foodservice Limited Partnership

• Request from the Stadium Manager for Approval to Add Stadium Builder’s Licenses to Temporary Field Seats in the North and South Endzones of Levi’s Stadium
