The City Council has yet another special meeting today with a closed session starting at 1:30 p.m.
The Mission City has been without a City attorney for over six months. Wow.
The 49er Five fired former City Attorney Brian Doyle without cause in August, 2021. Doyle filed an “intent to sue” document with the City. Numerous sources think he has a good case against Councilmembers Anthony Becker, Raj Chahal, Suds Jain, Karen Hardy and Kevin Park.
Attorneys in other cities are saying that Santa Clara will find it difficult to find a new City Attorney because of the current Council majority’s personalities and style.

No settling lawsuits or you will have to answer to the public!

103. Get City to subsidize our Game Day cost again.
104. Get ($2,500) the City to subsidize our cost for our 11 acre Practice facility.
105. Suck the life blood out of every living creature who resides in Santa Clara.
