Candidates for three countywide elected offices will face off in virtual Candidate Forums in April and May presented by the League of Women Voters.

The primary election will be on June 7.

The candidate forums will be held on Zoom. The public will be able to watch candidates and ask questions.  A League moderator will receive and pose the questions.

Here’s the schedule:

• Santa Clara County Sheriff on Thursday, April 21, 7-8:30 p.m.

• Santa Clara County District Attorney on Thursday, April 28, 7-8:30 p.m.

• Santa Clara County Assessor on Thursday, May 5, 7-8:30 p.m.

You can register to attend any or all of these events at www.lwvsjsc.org/candidate-forums and get information on how to submit questions for each forum. 

Candidate forums will be recorded and posted to the League Voter’s Edge website www.votersedge.org.

The website will archive the videos and have information about candidates and measures on the ballot.
