Santa Clara Police Chief Pat Nikolai Seeks New Members for Chief’s Advisory Committee

By Robert Haugh

Santa Clara residents have an opportunity to advise Police Chief Pat Nikolai.

He’s seeking applicants for the Chief’s Advisory Committee (CAC).

The CAC was established in 2018 to allow Mission City residents and business owners to be a resource to the Santa Clara Police Department (SCPD).

According to the SCPD, Police Chief Nikolai utilizes the CAC in the development of policies and to understand community concerns.

CAC members represent different parts of our diverse Santa Clara community. Residents are chosen for their professionalism, integrity, and commitment to the Mission City.

The CAC will add seven new members in the Fall. The group consists of 15 total.

Santa Clarans must apply by August 19, 2022.

You can learn more about the CAC and the application process, at this site

  2. Written Petition to be on August 5 to ask the City Council to fire Lozano Smith. Santa Clarans take back your government from Jain Trump, Ngo Trump. Becker Trump.

Lozano Smith also denied parents records on which teachers were teaching Holocaust denial.

    • ARE there RECORDS on teachers teaching Holocaust denial? I had a teacher teaching American exceptionalism once. I wonder if there are records of THAT. Manifest destiny? Trans rights?

  3. The “acting” city attorney is supposed to work in the best interest of the city. They are not supposed to be the private attorney for city council members.

  4. Selective transparency? Is that legal? A bunch of bad players. Ngo may be shaping their career. Jain is in the swamp with Caserta and Becker.

Jain doesn’t mind lying or cheating to get his way. This cancer must be stopped.

  5. Well good for the chief. He deserves praise.
