The 2nd China Shenzhen Innovation and Entrepreneurship International Competition Silicon Valley Station has set a cash prize pool of 10.91 million RMB ($1.72 million USD). Among the startups attending will include IoT, blockchain, artificial intelligence, smart medical technology, new energy & smart cars, advanced manufacturing industry and more. Guests speakers, investors and executives from the World Economic Forum, Intel Capital, Tencent, Huawei and more will discuss new business and investment opportunities for both Shenzhen and Silicon Valley.

This is a traditional Easter egg hunt … but in the pool at the George Haines International Swim Center. Heats will take place every 20 minutes, allowing children to grab plastic eggs in the 25-yard training pool. Prizes will be given at the end of each heat. Participants may choose to wear a life jacket. Parents must accompany children in the water for the 3-4 age group. There will be a Grand Prize drawing at the end of the last heat for a 2-week swim lesson pass at Warburton or Montague Pool. Participants and their immediate family may swim at the International Swim Center until 3 p.m., once their heat is completed.
