By Robert Haugh

Tomorrow’s special council meeting has only a few items for discussion. Here’s a list.

  • Closed session Conference with Legal Counsel-Anticipated Litigation. Another 49ers lawsuit?

  • Discussion and Review of User Fees for Cost of Services – Phase II — this was a major study done by Matrix Consulting Group that examines cost recovery in City departments. photo here

  • Action on a Direction to Proceed with Placemaking Activities for the Mission Branch Library and City Plaza Park.

  • Adopt a Resolution approving and authorizing the City Manager to execute the Affordable Housing Agreement with ZAEN Partners, LLC, for the provision of 30 very low-income units at 2310 Calle Del Mundo.
