The annual cleanup is back. It wasn’t gone for long.
In April, the City announced that it had been canceled or postponed because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Now, the City has announced that it’s back on from August 10 to September 4.
It’s one of the best benefits of living in Santa Clara and really popular with Mission City residents.
Get your old furniture and large items ready to be cleaned out.
Editor’s Note: Old issues of the Santa Clara Weekly can be put in regular recycling or trash bins.
Oh well. I guess my neighborhood will be looking like Beirut circa 1982 after all.
Thanks so much. We’ve had plenty of time to clean out our homes garages and yards and for Anthony Becker to clean out his car.
