The Good —The Leg Drop Award: 

On Tuesday, Sept. 15, the City received a $5,502,333 payment for facility rent.  It covers overdue rent for September and the rent due for October. This only happened because the City started the arbitration process after the team tried to reduce its own rent.

The Bad — The Jabroni Award:

The 49ers try to reduce their own rent every two years it seems. The never win and end up paying the City more. Maybe this is a good thing.
