The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory for today from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. for Santa Clara and the Bay Area.

Monterey and San Benito Counties will see the strongest gusts.

Last week, major winds caused several power lines to come down on Homestead Road, causing the first shelter-in-place ever ordered by SVP.
