But you wouldn’t know if you didn’t read it here because the City forgot to send out the Agenda online as is their normal procedure. Oops!

Not another Data Center without an APPRECIABLE tax to fund the “pothole” excuse for the $400 million bond. No bond is required if Santa Clara exercises wisdom.
This is on 2805 Bowers Avenue, and if you look it up on any map app you can envision a 40 foot tall MONSTER building consuming TONS of Santa Clara ELECTRICITY from our Silicon Valley Power to grease their own pockets.
A vote for THIS data center (WITHOUT GUARANTEED BENEFITS TO SANTA CLARANS) is a vote for JED and the 49er 5.
Build it if the owners pay for a new International Swim Center–without strings.
