Here are the items on the agenda:

• Closed session – Conference with Legal Counsel-Existing Litigation Nevarez v. City of Santa Clara, et al., United States District Court, Northern District of California Case No. 5:16-CV-07013-LHK

• Proclamation of October as Breast Cancer Awareness Month

• Informational Report – New 4th Grade Program (BRAVE) in Partnership with Santa Clara Unified School District

• Proclamation of the First Full Week of October 6-12, 2024, as Public Power Week

• Action on the Stadium Manager’s Request to Execute an Agreement with Staff Pro Inc. d/b/a Allied Universal Event Services for Event Security Services at Levi’s Stadium for a Three-Year Period with the Option to Extend Two Additional One-Year Periods

• Action on a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program and Route Approval for the Silicon Valley Power 115 kilovolt Transmission Line from the Northern Receiving Station to the Kifer Receiving Station

• Action on City Position on Proposed League of California Cities’ 2024 Resolution on Fair and Equal Treatment of All Governmental Officials at All Levels
