A community meeting will be held to discuss a proposed development at 1530-1540 Pomeroy Avenue, near El Camino Real.
The meeting, hosted by the Ridgecrest Group, is set for today, Thursday, March 13, from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
The project calls for demolishing two single-family homes and constructing 11 townhomes in two buildings. City staff will be available to answer questions and gather feedback from residents.
The meeting can be attended in person at the City Hall Cafeteria, 1500 Warburton Ave., or virtually via Zoom.

This proposal is set to bulldoze Eddie Souza’s mothers house, and eliminate the historic ares known as the Butte Ranch.
Supporters of this project were cousins of Souza who backed Dominic Caserta.
It was rejected FIVE TIMES by city council.
