• Study Session to review Proposed FY 2025/26 and FY 2026/27 Biennial Operating Budget and FY 2025/26 Capital Improvement Program Budget Changes

• Study Session: City Council roles and responsibilities in connection with the Issuance of Measure I General Obligation Infrastructure Bonds

• Recognition of Superintendent Dr. Gary Waddell in honor of his retirement from the Santa Clara Unified School District

• Recognition of the recipients of the Silicon Valley Power Sustainable Futures Scholarship Program in partnership with Mission College

• Proclamation of May 2025 as National Foster Care and Resource Parent Awareness Month

• Proclamation of May 2025 as Historic Preservation Month – Harnessing the Power of Place

• Proclamation of May 2025 as Affordable Housing Month and Recognition of SV @ Home for organizing educational events throughout Santa Clara County to raise awareness and to ensure everyone has a safe, stable, and affordable home.
