Santa Clara Residents Recall Suds Jain Campaign Restarts at Farmers’ Market Tomorrow

By Robert Haugh

The Recall Suds Jain campaign is back.

According to organizers, they will be at the Santa Clara’s Farmers’ Market tomorrow to start gathering signatures.

The group has approximately 25 volunteers ready to circulate petitions across District Five. They will have 120 business days to collect at least 2,055 valid signatures to qualify the recall for the ballot.

The campaign had to restart from their initial attempt last month when their official paperwork had clerical errors. They resubmitted forms that were approved last week.

In addition to “Recall Suds” lawn signs, the group has a large banner they plan to reveal tomorrow.  That should be interesting.

Hmm. Wonder if Roger Kint will make an appearance.

  1. Lenin described how the Bolsheviks utilized “useful idiots” to gain power.

We see Jain follows that advice.

    Hmm

Jain allows an investigation regarding Becker to go on and on when he knew Becker leaked the documents.

Jain initiates a useless charter election on Chief and City Clerk. Put aside the POA spending on the Chief. No money was spent on the Clerk election and it failed overwhelmingly. As a frequent opponent of the POA. Permit me to point out the,POA campaigns hard, but they are very fair.

Ps in 2016, the POA sent mailers attacking Blupac. Who attacked Jain.

Jain sat by and allowed Park to unethically use the gavel to attack Vartan.

Vartan has a constitutional right to address the government.

Jain engaged in 67 secret meetings with the 49ers.

Jain has an emotional problem with Mayor Gillmor.

Jain supports Promethus, who destroyed down town plans in 1986.

  2. WHEN THE BANNER IS BIGGER THAN THE CASE – THAT TELLS YOU EVERYTHING!!

A recall can cost the city hundreds of thousands of dollars. Nothing says “fiscal responsibility” like burning taxpayers money because you don’t like how someone voted on an issue.

If you are thinking about engaging in this recall, please here are the facts, please don’t just react to slogans or emotions. Government incompetence is
a strange thing to complain about when your own campaign couldn’t handle its own documents truth is that Corruption, Abuse Of Power, and Criminal Behavior are the things state law reserves recalls for. Disagreeing with someone’s policies IS a reason to vote in the next election not to waste taxpayer money for a do over.

The organizers submitted incorrect paperwork and had to start over. That’s not an opinion — that’s their official record. If a campaign can’t follow the basic legal steps required to start a recall, how are they supposed to run the city more effectively than the person they’re attacking?

In Conclusion, since you brought Roger up. He really is something. The Superman of shady politics. He is Faster than a rumor, more powerful than a fake alias, and able to expose corruption at the stroke of a pen. Maybe just maybe his focus should be on the blogger and the poor election loser.

    • Oh Mary…You are wrong once again. Your facts are wrong. It is not going to cost the city Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars. It will be between $30K to $50K. You are confusing this with the failed measure Suds tried to take away our right to vote for a city clerk and Police Chief – That costs us over $800,000 of wasted money. $50,000 is very low compared to the Millions of dollars Suds wastes every year. We did not send in incorrect paperwork, We had an error and missed the 5:00 Pm Deadline. We corrected the error and as you can clearly see, the Recall is on. Maybe less time on posting incorrect information and more time getting those shovels in the ground….how long have you been at it? over ten years and still I see no work being done across from my house. Maybe you should follow your own words above and stick to getting your downtown rebuilt. Don’t worry, once I am on council I will make sure the shovels get in the ground.

  3. Let the Recall Begin!!

How embarrassing it must be to the 49ers.
Might I suggest a little better vetting process in the future, or how about just learning to better work Santa Clara in a way that might benefit both parties?

Just a crazy thought, but makes sense right?

But let the records show, The 49ers picked a now Convicted Felon to represent their best interest. Who also in time told his “Bestie” what criminal activity he had committed.
At the very minimum, Suds (Roger) Jain needed to report what his “Bestie” told him. In his wisdom, he chose not too, and that is a serious crime as well. Only when it was too late, did he admit to knowing of the criminal activity.
    On another sad note…
District Elections I guess allow weaker candidates to shine, can’t wait to hear any more news about Kevin Parks.
How he got re-elected is another Election Day sad surprise.
If the election was held in his own house he would lose! Even his own dog hates him!!

Santa Clara deserves at the minimum people who want to serve the residents, not some business entity that no matter what we give them, all they want is more.
That’s it, the 49ers just want everything.

    Just The Facts Ma’am

  4. Will Roger Kint be there? – good one Robert.
I’ll be there with my on going undercover investigation to out Roger.
I find it interesting that he is now back to posting only as “Roger” on SVV. Maybe he figured out once we all pointed out the movie character under the same name he felt he had to shorten it in an attempt to fool those who didn’t make the connection.
I’m sure that soon he will claim to have been there tomorrow much like he claimed to have been at the Parade of Champions dinner stalking the table Mayor Gilmor was at.
Fake Roger will be outed in due time.

    • Roger needs to take his obvious obsession with certain people and go talk to a counselor. This isn’t a joke.

It isn’t healthy to go through life with such negativity in your soul.
