The Good —The Leg Drop Award:

The City finance and budget team (and City Council) has done a good job cutting past deficits.  The city is better managed and more transparent than it has been in many years.

The Bad — The Jabroni Award:

At the Council meeting, cannabis industry lobbyist Sean Kali-Rai got spanked by a lot of City Councilmembers. He was insulting and threatening. C’mon, dude. Toke up and chill.
