The Good — The Leg Drop Award: 

The Agrihood broke ground this week. Four people at the groundbreaking got this project moving years ago. Kudos to Mayor Lisa Gillmor, Councilwoman Kathy Watanabe, former Councilwoman Teresa O’Neill and Santa Clara businessman Kirk Vartan.

The Bad — The Jabroni Award:

Three City Councilmembers decided they had something better to do last Saturday morning at 6:59 a.m. than to honor 9/11’s fallen heroes at Santa Clara City Hall. They are Raj Chahal, Karen Hardy and Kevin Park. They were easy picks for this week’s Jabroni award.
