City Council Preview: Santa Clara Cannot Find Person to be City Attorney, Position to be Filled by $300K Law Firm

Tomorrow is yet another special Santa Clara City Council meeting. 

The biggest news from the agenda — the Council is finally filling the vacant City Attorney position. But it looks like they cannot find a person willing to fill the job. So they’ll go with the law firm Lozano Smith LLP

Wow. 

Looks like not one person could be located. And the firm will get up to $300,000.

  1. Lozano Smith LLP Special Ed Attorneys. Seems fitting for the 49er 5. Look at Becker, the Special Ed poster boy. Actually Special Ed would be an upgrade for Jed Yorks brainless bought and paid for Council members.
