The Good — The Leg Drop Award:

Okay, technically Los Gatos is a separate municipality and shouldn’t be eligible for this award. But they hired a qualified full-time City Attorney the same night Santa Clara hired a law firm. We couldn’t find any qualified people and we’ve been looking since September. Los Gatos did it in a few months.

The Bad — The Jabroni Award:

The 49er Five fired a full-time City Manager and City Attorney and hired a part-time City Manager and part-time law firm because no one wants to work for them. Enough said.
