The Good — The Leg Drop Award:

The California Fair Political Practices Commission is investigating Councilmembers Raj Chahal and Karen Hardy for taking free tickets from the 49ers and not reporting it. That’s a violation of state and Santa Clara laws.

The evidence against them is pretty solid.

The Bad — The Jabroni Award:

Chahal and Hardy tried to distract people from their actions by attacking this reporter with baseless and terrible allegations for breaking the story.  Now, they won’t respond to questions about the investigation.
