Project Sentinel, a non-profit organization that provides education counseling, conciliation, and assistance with housing problems, will be offering free landlord/tenant counseling to Santa Clara residents and others.

The session will be held at the Central Park Library lobby on Wednesday, November 9 from 3 to 5 p.m.

These one-on-one sessions are open to all Santa Clara County residents, except San Jose tenants. San Jose tenants can get help from Bay Area Legal Aid.

Project Sentinel staff will be available to answer questions about landlord/tenant laws, including:

  • Rent increases
  • Evictions
  • Repairs
  • Deposits
  • Privacy
  • Dispute resolution

These consultation sessions are held every second Thursday of the month at the Central Park Library lobby. This is a first come, first served service.
