The Santa Clara City Council has two special meetings this week.
Today (Monday, May 5), they have an 11 a.m. meeting outside of City Hall. The Council meets at Santa Clara University’s Sobrato Campus for Discovery and Innovation building for a tour of the campus.
Tomorrow (Tuesday, May 6), the Council has a 6 p.m. study session in the Council chambers at City Hall regarding updates to the Related Santa Clara project.
The mixed-use project at 5155 Stars and Stripes Drive seems to be an amendment to the Master Community Plan to introduce an additional “Scheme C” land use option.
Neither item has any agenda materials published.
Just what we need: more special treatment from another expensive bedfellow.
Where is the meeting notice for the Special Council Meeting on May 5 at SCU posted? I don’t see it on the City Meeting Agenda calendar. Should it be posted as a public meeting open for anyone to attend?
