Santa Clara’s free summer concert series continues tonight with SONA, a premier cover band known for its vibrant mix of classic soul and contemporary rock.

The concert will take place from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Central Park Pavilion, located at 909 Kiely Blvd.

SONA prides itself on delivering a high-energy music experience with a unique blend of soulful grooves and modern rock influences. Led by Sona Lofaro, the band connects deeply with audiences through dynamic stage presence and a repertoire that spans new classic rock favorites and popular contemporary hits. 

Drawing inspiration from legends like Journey, Led Zeppelin, and Bon Jovi, SONA promises an unforgettable performance that will keep attendees dancing all evening.

Friday’s show is part of Santa Clara’s Concerts in the Park series, presented by the city’s Cultural Commission and Parks & Recreation Department. The summer lineup features live performances every Friday through August.

Admission is free and open to all ages. 

Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, and dinner to enjoy under the summer sky. Food trucks may be available on site.
