Tomorrow’s Santa Clara City Council meeting includes several items, including an item on establishing another Charter Review Committee.
Councilmember Karen Hardy will be participating remotely from the following location: 114 Austin Court, Lincoln, CA 95648-2808
Councilmember Kevin Park will be participating remotely under the “Just Cause” Provision of AB2449. This is the second consecutive meeting Park has used the just cause provision.
Here’s the agenda items:
- Closes session — Conference with Legal Counsel-Existing Litigation — Jane Roe v. Doe 1, et al, Santa Clara County Superior Court Case No. 22CV409274

- Public Hearing: Adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Program (MMRP) and Action on a Rezone and Vesting Tentative Map (PLN23-00577/PLN23-00262) to Allow the Subdivision and Development of Eight Semi-Attached Single-Family Residences and Associated On- and Off-Site Improvements Located at 2303 Gianera Street.
- Public Hearing: Action on a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, General Plan Amendment, Rezoning, and a Tentative Subdivision Map for the Cheeney Street Townhomes Project to be Comprised of up to Nine Residential Units (PLN2019-13846 / PLN2019-12857) located at 4249 Cheeney Street.
