Tomorrow’s Santa Clara City Council meeting, the last scheduled of the year, includes several topics.
Meeting items:
- Study Session on the new traffic signal at Great America Parkway and Hichborn Drive Related to the Irvine Company project at 2518 Mission College Boulevard
- Proclamation of December 2025 as Human Rights Month
- Action authorizing the City Manager to Negotiate and Execute a License an Agreement for property use of the Youth Soccer Park and its facilities and adjacent parking lots between the City of Santa Clara and the NFL for Super Bowl LX Operational support
- Public Hearing: Action on Adoption of a Resolution Amending Rate Schedules for Electric Services for all classes of customers to increase electric rates and changes in each rate schedule by four percent and make other modifications, effective January 1, 2026
- Public Hearing: Action on a General Plan Amendment to the City’s Open Space Element to add Policies to Address Climate Resilience and other Co-benefits of Open Space; to help to increase access to Open Space for everyone; and to preserve, enhance, and expand a Network of Open Spaces.
- Public Hearing: Action on a Vesting Tentative Map (PLN24-00044) for a Proposed Common Interest Development of Six Single-Family Housing units at 4503 Cheeney Street – continued from November 18, 2025 City Council Meeting
