The Good — The Leg Drop Award:  

Councilwoman Patty Mahan announced her retirement this week because of health issues. 

Mahan has had an up and down career. But she has served the Mission City for a long time and we applaud her for it.  We wish Patty and her family well.

The Bad — The Jabroni Award:

Controversial billboard company All Vision got a city contract in 2015 to generate revenue from billboard advertising for the City. They’ve generated zero dollars.

Now, they’re demanding a $500,000 payment from the City for work they never did.  $157,500 of their billings are for two lobbyists: Kevin Moore and Ed McGovern.
