  • Closed session — Conference with Legal Counsel-Anticipated Litigation – Exposure to litigation Number of potential cases: Allegation, known to potential plaintiffs, that certain trees caused damage to sound wall adjacent to private property located at southwest corner of Pruneridge Avenue and San Tomas Expressway
