A major brawl took place at In-N-Out Burger on Mission College Boulevard on Friday, August 25, 2023, at 11:12 pm. Over 10 individuals were involved and two were stabbed.
Santa Clara Police Department (SCPD) officers raced to the scene, promptly apprehending several involved. The two victims were found with multiple stab wounds and rushed to a local hospital for urgent medical attention.
Among those apprehended, 27-year-old Gage Anthony Bryand from Tracy, CA, surfaced as the prime suspect.
On August 26, 2023, video evidence from the public led officers to single out Bryand as the assailant responsible for the victims’ stabbings. Bryand was already confined within Santa Clara County Main Jail.
Bryand now faces a slew of charges, including attempted murder and resisting arrest or obstructing an officer.
