Last night, the Santa Clara City Staff gave their annual update on the Stadium Authority budget.
It looks like the 49ers want the Stadium Authority to fund their new office space.
Here’s the slide from the City’s Finance Director Kenn Lee’s presentation. ManCo is the 49er company that operates the non-NFL stadium events:

Lee did not disclose much info during his presentation. In response to City Council questions, he said that it will be located on Great America Parkway.
The budget presentation was part of a study session. So no action was taken.
Next Tuesday, the Council will continue the discussion and decide if they will again comply with the 49ers’ request to use Stadium Authority funds.
Stadium Authority funds can flow to the City’s general fund, but only after Stadium expenses are paid.
Since the team took over the Council, the 49er Five have used Stadium Authority Funds to pay for FIFA World Cup suite expenses, police costs, new stadium signs, and other expenses that the team did not want to fund.
New office space may be added to the list. This is a developing story.

Bigger picture, the 49ers will keep buying low IQ voters. It has obviously been very successful. There is no incentive or legal reason for them to stop. They have rubber stamps and parrots. Morally bankrupt, coupled with millions to spend on false and malicious hit pieces, f…..d over some great candidates in our last election. Who really wants to be an average citizen, running for public office which guarantees the 49ers will publicly humiliate you via social media, tv, the Internet, etc all for your friends, family, neighbors, co-workers and even your dog to see? Until campaign laws change or some voters actually develop critical thinking skills, or the Grand Jury and DA find a revelation, does anybody see how this will change? I really do want to be wrong as I love Santa Clara. Maybe if the ball gets rolling sooner we’ll have a fighting chance as the next election will be upon us quickly.
April Fools Right?
Can’t be serious. Are they??

People like this won’t stop on their own. You can’s shame them into being honest. They have to be stopped. If ManCo can’t operate on what they get, resign and let an actual property management co take over. That is what I have advocated for years. How can we get rid of ManCo?
Where in the Stadium Lease does it say that the Stadium Authority should pay for StadCo off-site improvements? Why do City Staff reflexively repeat 49ers talking points with no legal back up? They are supposed to be advocating on behalf of the public. Instead they negotiate on behalf of our local billionaire oligarch, Jed York. What is going on here?
KNBR has been given space at Levi’s as well as the Mexican casino partnered with York.
