AVE Santa Clara is now open. 

It’s a 311-unit apartment community rising in the new Clara District near Levi’s Stadium. 

Developed by AVE (Korman Communities’ residential arm) and Ensemble Investments, the eight-story property offers traditional and fully furnished apartments.

Amenities abound at AVE Santa Clara. There’s a two-story fitness center, resort-style pool, zen courtyard, dog park, pet spa, game lounge, and private work pods. Residents also get access to the AVEnture Hub for free bikes, kayaks, and camping gear.

The community sits close to major tech employers and VTA light rail.

Clara Junction is also nearby. It’s an 18,000-square-foot dining and social hub that Santa Clara planners see as a catalyst for transforming the Northside. Officials say it will spark walkability and local economic growth in an area earmarked for dense, mixed-use development.

AVE Santa Clara is within walking distance to Clara Junction’s eating establishments like Taz’s Tacos, a resident taco truck; and The Pit, a lively BBQ pit that will host guest pitmasters.
