Special Santa Clara City Council Meeting: Threats to Public Services or Facilities

The Santa Clara City Council has a special meeting tonight (Tuesday, June 17) for only closed session items.   

The first item sounds sort of important.

Here are the items:

  • Threat to Public Services or Facilities — Consultation with: Jovan D. Grogan, Glen R. Googins, David Flamm (Emergency Services Director) and Chris Karwick (Silicon Valley Power). 
  • Conference with Labor Negotiators —Employee Organization(s): Unit # 2 – Police Officers’ Association Unit # 10 – Public Safety Non-Sworn Employees Association
  • Conference with Legal Counsel-Existing Litigation — Fire Victim’s Trust Release and Settlement In Connection with Voluntary Petitions for Filing of Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, PG&E Corporation, Debtor, and Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Debtor, United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of California, San Francisco Division, jointly administered under No. 19-30088
  • Public Employee Performance Evaluation — City Attorney Under Discussion: Process for Review of Compensation
