Jain treats every resident as a second class citizen and Park cares only about Park. Jain thinks free parking, access to his records, limits on the 49ers, are anathema to his view of government which is unrelated to Democracy, it is scary.

Imagine a person claiming to be a “mental health advocate” though never working for such programs.
