Santa Clara’s Water and Sewer Utilities Department has opened its new customer service office at 851 Martin Avenue.
Residents can visit the new office for customer service requests and questions about plans or permits.
But bill payments will still be handled upstairs at City Hall’s West Wing payments window.
Free water conservation devices are also still available. Residents can pick them up at the City Clerk’s Office in City Hall’s East Wing or at the new Martin Avenue Water and Sewer Utilities office.
The devices can also be ordered online through Valley Water’s shopping cart at no cost, including free shipping.
On May 11, the department’s Compliance Division will also move to 851 Martin Avenue, joining management, engineering administration and conservation staff.
Water Construction and Meter Services, Water Operations and Maintenance, and Sewer Operations and Maintenance will remain at the Corporation Yard at 1705 Martin Avenue, about a block away.
