• Action on Agreements with ASF Electrical, Inc., Bear Electrical Solutions, LLC, and Cupertino Electric, Inc. for On-Call Electrical Maintenance and Repair Services at Levi’s Stadium, Limiting Authorization to Spend to a Total Aggregate Not-to-Exceed Amount of $1,506,408, Inclusive of All Option Years and Contingency Across All Three Agreements, and Delegated Authority for Future Amendments (Deferred from June 23, 2026)

• Action on a Resolution (1) Calling and Giving Notice of a Special Municipal Election to be Held on November 3, 2026 in Conjunction with the City’s General Municipal Election for a Vote on Two Ballot Measures that, if Passed, Would Amend the City Charter as Follows: (a) Implement a Comprehensive Update of the City Charter; and (b) Update the City’s Public Works Procurement; (2) Requesting the Consolidation of Such Election with the Statewide General Election to be Held in Santa Clara County on November 3, 2026; (3) Directing the Office of the City Attorney to Prepare the Impartial Analyses for the Two Measures; and (4) Setting the Priorities and Schedule for Ballot Arguments; and Authorizing Other Necessary and Appropriate Actions

• Action on the Agreement for the Funding and Operation of the Santa Clara Family Community Interim Housing Project Between the City and County for the City to Provide Limited Funding for the Operation of a 30-unit Homekey Interim Housing Development on Santa Clara County-Owned Land Located at the Southeast Corner of Lawrence Expressway and Benton Street

• Public Hearing: Adoption of a Resolution Confirming the Weed Abatement Report and Ordering the Cost of Abatement to be a Special Assessment on the Respective Properties Described Therein

• Authorize the City Manager to execute the 2026-2029 Memorandum of Understanding Between the City of Santa Clara and the Unclassified Fire Management (Unit 9B), Approve a Corresponding Update to the Unclassified Salary Plan and Approve the Related Budget Amendments

• Public Hearing: Rezoning To Remove The Historic Combining District From 1341 Homestead Road (906 Monroe Street To Remain In Historic Combining District) In Connection With A Tentative Parcel Map Application To Subdivide The Property Into Two Parcels, Each Containing One Of The Existing Residences.
