The Good — The Leg Drop Award:

In June, the Santa Clara County Civil Grand Jury slammed the City for being slow in answering requests for public information. They pointed out that the City still has a lot of info in boxes and can be slow with big requests.

The Bad — The Jabroni Award:

The Santa Clara County Civil Grand Jury didn’t notice that Santa Clara gets an enormous amount of requests, way more than other local cities. And 70 percent of the requests come from the 49ers and related media. The grand jurors who worked on this report didn’t do any benchmarking. Oops. Good thing the other grand jurors who worked on the VTA report did.
