The Good —  The Leg Drop Award:  The Miami Dolphins aren’t doing so well on the field. But their owner Stephen Ross is doing great. He just opened the largest private development in the nation at New York’s Hudson Yards. He is breaking ground on the biggest development West of the Mississippi in Santa Clara.

The Bad —  The Jabroni Award: Jed York’s fortunes are the opposite of Ross. The 49ers are having a great season. But off the field, the organization makes one blunder after another. They’ve sued the City six times. So far without a victory. They were caught stealing workers’ wages and reported to the State. And this week we learned at they’ve run the Stadium Authority budget into the ground.
